How the heart smiles when you see a couple that is meant to be together. Everything just seems easier. The sun shines a little brighter, and the world feels like a much friendlier place. Photographing these two was truly a joy for me and my assistant, Amy. When I asked them to jump into the Helena Waterfall, they did so without hesitation and with such enthusiasm that all of those passing by just had to stop and watch. Those looking on smiled with the sheer happiness of seeing two people in love having fun.  Thank you, Courtney and Chris, for letting me share this day with you!

Tucker’s mommy and daddy were married at the Helena Wedding Chapel quite a while back. Mom brought young Tucker in for his photographic debut.

Now, the parents are Auburn, but the grandparents are Alabama.  It will be interesting to see when Tucker returns to the Chapel with his own bride in a few decades to ask him which school he decided to attend.
